Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of the utmost importance to ONTAPE. We would therefore like to inform you via our Privacy Policy about how we handle the collection of personal data. In this document we describe the following:

What personal data do we collect?

We process the minimum required personal data that are necessary for the performance of our services. Additional information may sometimes be desirable in order to better tailor the service to your specific wishes. Below, and in the remainder of this document, we describe our privacy policy per target group (candidates, customers and visitors).

We collect the following data from candidates & interim professionals:

Public profile information from social media and public sources. Think, for example, of Linkedin, FaceBook and other public data sources. Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number and other contact details. Date of birth only if it is included in your CV. Curriculum vitae (CV), information about your work experience and information about education, training, internships, insofar as provided by yourself.Data on short-term availability and leave insofar as relevant. Other data that is (may be) important in the context of the assessment of your suitability as a potential candidate for a vacancy. For example salary (indications), information from interviews, possible references and testimonials. All information we collect from you is always provided on a voluntary basis. ONTAPE never records special personal data unless this is (still) required by law. ‘Special personal data’ refers to data about race, religion or belief, political opinion, health, sexual orientation, trade union membership, criminal data and/or personal data about unlawful behaviour. Additional: when an (interim) professional starts working for or with ONTAPE in paid employment or on assignment:

Data related to the administration and/or personnel administration; Name and address details, determination of identity, diplomas, citizen service number (BSN) if necessary.

Possible VAT number, address and place of business, determination of identity, if necessary work permit, timesheets and incoming and outgoing invoice details.In addition, we sometimes process data for our clients in the context of a pre-employment screening (PES). Information such as Declaration on Behavior (VOG) and training statements may be requested specifically for this screening. The provision of this data is always on a voluntary basis.From business relations:

Candidates and interim professionals:

We collect and process data exclusively for the implementation of recruitment services, including job placement (recruitment and selection, executive search, interim assignments). More specifically, personal data is collected and processed:

For brokerage purposes: to assess suitability and availability in connection with brokerage to fixed

We only collect data from visitors who have indicated that they wish to do so. This data is intended to address a person with his first and last name and the e-mail address is necessary to be able to send (vacancy) newsletters and/or white papers.

With whom can we share your personal data?

ONTAPE can pass on your personal data to our clients. In limited cases, your personal data can be passed on outside the Netherlands if our client is established there.ONTAPE shares personal data in all cases where we are legally obliged to do so.ONTAPE can pass on your personal data to other ONTAPE colleagues and any subcontractors who provide services on our behalf or carry out assignments for the services referred to here or provide services to support our business operations.How long do we actually keep your data?

Candidates and interim professionals:

General: if you have given permission for the storage of your data, we work with a standard retention period of 12 months, calculated from the date on which you gave permission.Mediation relationship: in the case of a ‘mediation relationship’, we store your data for 24 months from the moment the mediation process with a client ends, regardless of the end result.If you start an interim assignment or temporary assignment, we will retain your data for 24 months after the end of your assignment. The financial data associated with this has a legal retention period of 7 years.For prospects and customers:Data from employees of prospect customers is kept for 12 months.Customer employee data: these are kept for a period of 5 years after the last assignment has been completed, in order to provide careful aftercare.For visitors to our website:

If you have given permission to store your data for the purpose of receiving a publication or white paper, we work with a standard retention period of 12 months.If you have registered for our (vacancy) newsletter, this registration will continue until you cancel it yourself.Can you view, supplement or delete personal data?

You can always request access to the data we store about you. You can change data if you wish. You can also ask us to delete your data. If you wish, you can contact our Privacy Officer, who you can reach directly at info@onlytalentedpeople.nl

If you request us to delete your data, we will of course send you a confirmation by email in which the date of deletion will be included. We will delete all your data no later than 4 weeks after receipt of your request, unless processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation, substantiation of a legal claim or another ground under the GDPR.

ONTAPE makes every effort to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this by means of physical, administrative, organizational and technical measures. If data is provided to data processors who provide services or carry out assignments on behalf of ONTAPE, ONTAPE has agreed with them that they will also optimally protect the personal data.
