Eventmanager / Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Senior Coordinator (Client Communities & Programmes and Seat at the Table) will be an integral part of our client’s Marketing team, focusing on fostering client engagement and community building initiatives. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role will involve occasional travel.

Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Communications Manager to design, execute, and evaluate client engagement and community building programs aligned with our client’s commercial objectives, showcasing their strengths to target audiences across multiple locations.
  • Provide support for Seat at the Table (SATT) activities, including event management, content curation, logistics coordination, and invitation management.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign alignment across various communities and stakeholder groups, ensuring active participation and engagement.
  • Develop and manage client communities, overseeing corporate memberships, sponsorships, and vendor relationships as required.

  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with senior business communities across diverse industries.

  • Effective stakeholder management with senior experts within the organization.

  • Proficiency in designing and managing events, including strategic planning and execution.

  • Conducting needs analysis and formulating event strategies accordingly.

  • Ensuring adherence to best practices and processes.

  • Utilizing CRM systems for client targeting and managing approval processes in compliance with GDPR.

  • Managing event communications, venue coordination, speaker logistics, and on-site support.

  • Tracking and analyzing event performance metrics and managing budgets effectively.

  • Liaising with global marketing counterparts and subject matter experts.

  • Actively identifying and disseminating internal and external best practices.

     

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a marketing coordinator role.

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Engage (CRM), Marketo, Adobe Photoshop, LinkedIn ads preferred.

  • Strong writing skills in Dutch and English.

  • Excellent communication skills, resourcefulness, creativity, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and provide proactive solutions.
